When you request a demo or contact us about privacy, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company, and any optional role or message. A company name is not required for a privacy request.
How we use it
WrenchEngine uses your information to respond to your request, arrange a demonstration, or handle your privacy inquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Delivery and storage
The website sends inquiries to WrenchEngine through Resend, our email delivery provider. Inquiries are sent to a company-managed inbox; provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. This website does not maintain a separate database of form submissions or write message contents to application logs.
Inquiry emails are retained in our business email system while needed to respond to and follow up on the request, and as needed for legitimate recordkeeping. Email and hosting providers may process operational information under their own service terms.
Website operation
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or cookies. It loads its images and other page assets from the website itself. For abuse prevention, the application temporarily keeps connection addresses and request counts in memory for up to ten minutes. Hosting providers may also process connection information and access logs to operate and secure their services.
Your choices
You can ask about the information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up. Use the WrenchEngine privacy contact form. We will review your request and respond as appropriate.
Scope
This notice covers the WrenchEngine corporate website. Information handled inside customer operational applications is governed by the applicable customer agreements and product privacy terms.
